Shipping Questions
Do we only ship to Ireland?
At the moment we do only ship to Ireland (and Northern Ireland). We are looking at introducing more EU countries soon.
Can I visit you?
At the moment we cannot accept visitors due to insurance purposes (I know right...)
How much is shipping to Ireland?
Shipping rates start at €6.10 for standard shipping and go to €10 for priority shipping. We use AnPost for our shipping services.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
At the moment we don't offer free shipping. As we grow this will change. The busier we are, the better deals and discounts we can offer.
how long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 2-4 days for standard delivery and 1-2 days for priority delivery (inside Ireland).
Refunds & Returns
Do you accept returns?
Of course. We just ask that the product is unused, has all packaging and accessories. If the packaging is ripped or the product is missing accessories then we will only refund 75% of the original purchase amount.
Can I have a refund?
Of course. We won't refund popped or exploded cubes under any circumstances. This is a part of cubing, yep, even if it's popped or exploded on your first turn.
If your cube has arrived with a broken piece or its damaged then we will cover the cost of repairing those broken pieces rather than swapping to a whole new cube. We will offer refunds if returning your cube.
